Subject to your approval or a grant by private treaty, I propone to shuge a mr. pium of $3,600 and Crown Rent of $50.05 ran.m Lunestrictive covenant against uszig acht and a “. use of the site for purposes of an electrical sub-station only. Building Covenant will be A10,00 in 1 year and term will be for 75 years with the option of renewal for one further or of 75 years. Executive Council has agreed.
